Please beware that the transit time excludes the production time we need to prepare your order, the total time until your package arrives will be the production lead time plus shipping time to your location.
PRODUCTION TIME :
All pieces are custom made by our small team in London. Please allow 5-7 working days for turnaround (some pieces might take up to 14 days, please check on its respective product page). Your patience is highly appreciated, we promise it will be worth the wait.
RUSH ORDERS :
If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please leave a message in special requirement or email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line RUSH ORDER and we'll find the best option for you.
Please note SWEETLIMEJUICE is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments depending on your country's customs policies.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your order. Any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. You must return the item(s) in unused condition with the original packaging intact and the invoice. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds on customised products.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product(s) received is faulty. Please retain the proof of posting from your courier when you are returning the good(s). We are not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to the SWEETLIMEJUICE office.
Please email email@example.com to start the return/exchange process and make sure to state your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return. Once you have received a confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below. We will process the refund as soon as we received the item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank's policies, you will receive the credit after a further few days. Please note that we will not refund the return shipping fee unless the product(s) received is faulty. We will also not refund additional duties, taxes, or any other charges that may occur for orders outside of the UK and shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.
