    Please beware that the shipping transit time excludes the production time we need to prepare your order, the total time until your package arrives will be the production lead time plus shipping time to your location.

    All pieces are custom made by our small team and artisans in London. Please allow up to 5 working days for turnaround. Your patience is highly appreciated.

    If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please leave a message in special requirement or email info@sweetlimejuice.com with the subject line RUSH ORDER and we will find the best option for you.

  • QUALITY ASSURANCE

    For any faulty or damaged items, please inform us via the enquiry form or email no later than 3 days of receipt. While our guarantee covers potential manufacturing defects, SWEETLIMEJUICE cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper usage or negligence, as well as aesthetic changes and defects that arise from regular wear and tear, aging, or oxidation.

    Import duty is charged by governments on goods coming from other nations, with different duty rates and laws varying from country to country. Please note SWEETLIMEJUICE is not liable for any fees, duties, or taxes imposed on international shipments based on the destination country's customs policies.

    Estimated delivery times are offered solely as a reference. They do not consider any possible postponement caused by payment approval, courier delays, customs clearance, etc.

RETURN & REFUND

  • ​RETURN & EXCHANGE

    Items purchased on sweetlimejuice.com can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of receipt. The item(s) must be returned in perfect and unused condition with the original jewellery box and pouch intact, and the invoice. Customized or bespoke products are unfortunately not eligible for returns or refunds. SWEETLIMEJUICE reserves the right to reject any returned item(s) that do not meet the above requirements, and notification via email will be provided if a return is rejected.

    Please email info@sweetlimejuice.com to start the return/exchange process and make sure to state your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return. Once you have received a confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below. The return/exchange will be processed as soon as the item is received. The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the received item(s) is defective.

    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and all tax and import duty related to the return/exchange shipment unless the item(s) received is faulty. Please retain the proof of shipment from the courier. We are not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to the SWEETLIMEJUICE office.

  • REFUNDS

    Notification regarding the return process will be provided as soon as the product(s) has been inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method. The credit amount will be issued after a few days depending on the bank's policies.

    Please note that the return shipping fee will not be refunded unless the product(s) received is faulty. Furthermore, additional duties, taxes, or charges that may be incurred for orders outside of the UK will not be refunded. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will also not be refunded.

  • DISCOUNTED ITEMS

    Product purchased as ‘final sale’ cannot be for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
